Two North Huron residents arrested on a Conspiracy to Commit Murder Charge and Counselling to Commit Murder appeared in Goderich Court Wednesday.
Prosecution has asked for a publication ban on the trial.
That prevents the names of the accused from being released to protect the identity of the alleged intended victim.
The Prosecutor also asked that there be no communication between the two accused, who are being held in Walkerton Jail.
Counsel for both of the accused asked that there trial’s be remanded.
The 38-year-old North Huron woman will appear via-video on March 25th in Goderich Court
The 39 year old Wingham man will appear via-video on March 26th, also in Goderich Court.
The two North Huron residents were arrested on March 12th, following an investigation by the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch.
