A 50 year old Dundalk man is dead after a collision in Orangeville.
Police say a tractor trailer and another commercial vehicle collided at the intersection of Highway 10 and Hockey Valley Road just after 7:30 AM yesterday morning.
Both drivers were rushed to hospital where Pavel Jehlicka of Dundalk was pronounced dead.
The driver of the transport is being treated for serious injuries but is in stable condition.
Highway 10 was closed for more than eight hours during the police investigation which has determined that both vehicles were travelling southbound on 10 just prior to the collision.
The Ministry of Environment was also called in for a fuel spill at the scene.
The investigation continues.
