A second corrections officer at the jail in Penetanguishene is now charged with assault.
A 25 year old officer was originally charged with assault last weekend after a complaint from an inmate.
Now a 34 year old officer is facing charges of assault causing bodily harm too.
He will be in Midland court on April 16.
And the OPP say the recent charge means their investigation is now finished.
