Highway 21 is open again this hour between Tiverton and Kincardine.
It was closed between Concession 5 and 7 just before 8 this morning for about an hour and police were re-routing traffic.
South Bruce OPP say it appears one vehicle went through a stop sign – hitting another broadside.
OPP say it was foggy at the time of the crash and that injuries are non – life threatening.
A 41 year old Kincardine Township man has been charged in connection with the incident.
