Our road and driving conditions are changing fast this morning.
That is mainly due to a rapidly dropping temperature across the region.
At four this morning the temperature hovered around seven to nine degrees, and now in some cases, it has already dropped below zero just a few hours later.
Because we received a lot of rain over night – and roads were wet when the temperature dropped – we are now dealing with icy conditions in many places.
The Bruce Peninsula is especially slick – that is also where buses were cancelled for the most today – giving hundreds of students a three day weekend.
