South Bruce OPP asking for help in connection with a collision that occurred on Concession 6 in Greenock Township.
The collision happened at 4:30 PM on February 10th and resulted in a fatality.
Investigators are now asking for the public’s assistance in locating witnesses who were the occupants of a pick up truck that stopped at the scene to assist.
One of the occupants of this pick up truck was asked to move a vehicle parked on the road at the scene.
After moving the vehicle the occupants left the scene.
31 year old Derrick Walter of Walkerton died almost instantly after being hit by a hydro pole as he was offering assistance at the crash scene.
