Grey County OPP don’t usually get involved in lost dog cases, but this one is a little different.
Police are looking for the public’s help in finding this missing puppy — which shouldn’t be too difficult to spot.
Its a one year old Great Pyrenees — all white — almost 3 feet tall weighing 140 pounds.
It went missing almost two weeks ago from a home just north of Scone.
Its owner believes the purebred animal may be the victim of foul play.
OPP believe that if the dog was simply wandering around — anyone with good intentions would have spotted it and returned it by now.
Aside from its size — the animal will also be identified by a tattoo and I-D microchip.
One caller to the Bayshore Broadcasting News Centre this afternoon indicated they’ve seen a dog matching the desciption in the Lion’s Head area.
Anyone with information is asked to call Grey County OPP or Crime Stoppers.
