Attack Rally, Beat North Bay

The Owen Sound Attack overcame an early deficit to defeat the North Bay Battalion.

Brady Lyle tied it and Zachary Roberts notched the game-winner, as the Attack scored twice in the third period to beat North Bay 3-2 in Ontario Hockey League action Saturday night at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre.

Sean Durzi also scored for Owen Sound, which trailed 2-0 in the second period before mounting a rally.

Justin Brazeau had both goals for North Bay -- both by way of the power play.

Zack Bowman made 19 saves in the win, while Christian Purboo stopped 31 taking the loss.

Owen Sound outshot North Bay 34-21 while going 0 for 2 on the power play; North Bay finished 2 for 6.

The Midwest Division-leading Attack (8-3-0-2) are right back at it this afternoon with a home game against Windsor (8-5-1-0).

Puck drop is set for 2 p.m.
