The WOAA held their annual General Meeting last night
As part of the evening a number of awards were presented.
The O.M. Mike Weichel Award winner was Dan Wilken from Ripley
The WOAA " Don Boom Gravett " Student Bursary Award winner was Keegan Angel from Tara
And the W.O.A.A. David H. Jacobi Memorial President Award winner was David W. Millen from Teeswater.

Convenor — Started in 1994-95 Co-Convenor with Bill Hunter through until 1998-99 then Convened Atom Rep. from 1999-2002 and again 2003-2005.
Ripley Town Contact — 1985-2010 (2006-07 he was Assistant Town Contact for Lucknow Minor Hockey as well), then in 2010-11 he was Assistant Town Contact for Ripley Minor Hockey until 2012-13.
W.O.A.A. Board — Started October 15, 1992 went off August 20, 1995 Came back on December 14, 2006 went off September 22, 2009
Came back on September 29, 2011 went off September 17, 2013 Dan also helped with the Capital Campaign "Fundraising Individuals"

Due to his trade as a plumber and being a "Handy Man" the W.O.A.A. is fortunate to have Dave to call upon to volunteer to do odd jobs for us.
