Jacob Busch scored his first 2 goals of the season as the Attack won their second straight game

Busch, a native of Port McNicoll, had been struggling to score this season, but the 2 goals against Peterborough gives him 19 in OHL career, a career that started at Oshawa with the Generals.

Netminder Michael McNiven made 27 saves to post his second shutout of the year ( Sept 26 v Guelph ) and the 4th of his OHL career.

The Attack led 2-0 after 1 period and 4-0 after 2.

Along with Busch, Linemate Justin Brack plus overage Josh Sterk, captain Santino Centorame, Thomas Schemitsch on a power play and underage Markus Phillips scored for Owen Sound.

The goal for Phillips was the first of his OHL career.

With the win, Owen Sound moves to 13-12-4 & 2 on the year, good for 32 points and 6th place in the Western Conference.

Wednesday the Attack host the Barrie Colts on Investors Group " Attack Hunger Night "

game time Wednesday is 7 pm at the Harry Lumley-Bayshore Community Centre.
