Shield Take Out the Storm

Lyden with four goals and an assist for South Muskoka in 11-1 victory.

The South Muskoka Shield made short work of the Bobcaygeon Storm.

The Shield scored an 11-1 victory on Friday night.
Carl Lyden accounted for four of those goals -- two were scored 21 seconds apart in the 1st period and the other two 12 seconds apart in the 2nd period.
He finished with five points on the night.
Juraj Kamenicky had two goals and four assists, and Jan Ulicny scored twice and added two assists for the Shield.
The Storm opened the scoring in the first period on a goal by Karter Donnelly.
The Shield head to Seguin on Sunday afternoon for a game against the Huskies.
