Dream of Glory Eliminations Saturday

The 14th annual Dream of Glory trot will include 4 of the top 10 OSS Gold Colt Trotters and 3 of the top 4 Filly Grassroot Trotters.

25 horses including 10 fillies will compete in 4 divisions of the Dream of Glory trot this Saturday night.

Eternal Quest is 3rd in the Colt Gold OSS Standings. Starting from post 6 in Race 1, the 3 year old has 2 wins in 5 starts for Murray Ferguson of Sutton West. The 3 year old won his last gold start at Grand River in 1:58.1 and was 2nd in an OSS Gold start at Mohawk in 1:54.3.

Race 3 includes Hemi Seelster who won the Goodtimes Trot at Mohawk in 1:54, and sits 10th in the OSS Gold standings and almost 160,000 dollars earned this season.

There are also some talented Ladies taking part this year.

Renegade Magic is owned by Jeff and Lori Thomson of Chesley and sits 3rd in the OSS filly standings with 3 wins in 6 starts this season. Unraced as a 2 year old Renegade Magic won her last start at Georgian downs in 1:57, and won a Grassroots OSS race at Mohawk on June 22nd in 1:55.4.

The top 2 finishers in each of the 4 divisions will return Saturday August 1st for the 75,100 dollar Dream of Glory final.

Dream of Glory day also includes a live band, BBQ, and Fireworks after the races. Close to 5,000 fans are expected. Post time for the eliminations this Saturday is 7:15pm.
