The Barrie Baycats had to be creative in their game against the Burlington Bandits.
Most of the Baycats regulars were unavailable but they still managed to beat the Bandits (3-9) 10-3 Saturday afternoon.
Barrie's line up featured 3 catchers playing in other positions.
The Baycats were down 3-1 early on but climbed back to take a 4-3 lead then scored 6 times in the 7th inning to pull away.
2nd Baseman Jonathan Fernandez went 2-for-3 for the Baycats (11-2) in the lead-off spot including a 2-run double in the 6-run 7th.
The same two teams take to the field at Schmidt and Shaw Stadium on Tuesday.
