Saturday night was " Hockeyville " Night at Hanover Raceway with 10 races on the card and 5 lucky youngsters going home with bicycles from Hanover Raceway & Hanover Canadian Tire
Garrett Rooney got off to a great start on the night winning the opening race with 12 to 1 long shot " Sharp Ratio " and then following up in the 3rd with " Hard To Be Humble " which was 7 to 1 in the morning line
Trevor Henry had another successful night in the sulky winning 4 times on the night. The final win on the card for Henry was the 9th where he scored with " Cards That Count " in 1:56 & 4
The other multiple winner on the night was Bruce Richardson who won the 5th & 7th on the night. In the 5th, Richardson drove " Ain't No Mo " which is co-owned and trained by Ted MacDonnell of Allenford to the win.
The handle for the night was more than $ 16,000
Racing resumes next Saturday night at Hanover Raceway.
