Plans for Schmidt Memorial

Bruce Peninsula Health Services Foundation. Golf Tournament set for May 31st

The 19th Annual ‘Troy Schmidt Memorial’ Golf Tournament is Friday, May 31st (Rain or Shine) at the Sauble Golf & Country Club.
The proceeds from the event are used to assist in meeting the health care needs of the people of the Bruce Peninsula area.

The new sponsors this year is Amber Jenings of PEAK® Point Real Estate Brokerage in Sauble Beach.

The tournament officially begins with a Shotgun Start at 1 PM

Registration starts at 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and cost is $85.00 per golfer, which includes 18 holes of golf, a Roast Beef or Turkey Dinner, entry into the Hole-In-One Contest, Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin (Men’s and Women’s)  plus many prizes and chances to win!

All registrants are also eligible for the Hole-In-One Contest featuring a chance to win a car, sponsored by Kia of Owen Sound.  You may also choose to participate in the Hickory-Dickory-Doc Putting Contest, sponsored by Investment Planning Counsel, Helen Thomson and Dave Nixon. Brick Brewery is sponsoring a “Closest to the Keg”, A chance to win a keg for your party this summer and hosting a sampling hour during registration.

Last year the tournament raised more than $12,000.00 for Bruce Peninsula Health Services Foundation.
