Attack Calm the Storm

Owen Sound Attack now tied for 3rd place in West after 4-2 win in Guelph.

The Owen Sound Attack doubled the Guelph Storm 4-2 in a big OHL win on Friday night. 

The Attack snapped a five game head-to-head losing streak against Guelph with that win.

Daniel Catenacci had 2 goals including a short-handed one.

Chris Bigras scored on the power play and Holden Cook rounded out the scoring for Owen Sound.

The Attack held off the Storm in the 3rd period, scoring an empty net goal with 5 seconds left to seal the win.

Owen Sound is 21 and 0 heading into the 3rd period with a lead.

The Attack have 72 points on the season, tied with the Rangers now for 3rd in the Western Conference.

Saturday night, the Attack are home to the Niagara Ice Dogs.

Game time is 7:30 PM at the Bayshore.
