Rangers Nip Attack In OT

Ryan Murphy scores game winner on power play in overtime.

The Kitchener Rangers shaded the Owen Sound Attack 3-2 in overtime in OHL action on Sunday night.

Ryan Murphy scored the power play winner for the Rangers with 32 seconds remain in in overtime

Matt Piempel had the other two markers for Kitchener, and he has scored all four regulation time goals against the Attack in the two meetings to this point on the year.

Cameron Brace on a penalty shot and Holden Cook scored for the Attack who picked up five out of a possible six points during a three game road trip over the weekend that included the annual doubleheader at Erie against the Otters

Wednesday, the Attack host Guelph at the Harry Lumley-Bayshore Community Centre
