David Bell Considered For Award
 
Former Owen Sound Grey David Bell has finished third in Central Hockey League Coach of the Year voting. 

Bell, who spent 3 seasons as an assist coach with the Owen Sound Attack of the Ontario Hockey League, led the Mallards to a 36-26-2 record and 74 points. 

The Mallards have already this season won more games and piled up more points than any Mallard team in 5 years

Horse Rally

A local horsemen is looking for people interested in attending a rally at Queen's Park in Toronto on Monday.

The Rally is planned for 11am on the stairs in front of the Legislature. 

Anyone interested in attending should call Lee Watson at 519-357-2452.  

If enough interest is shown, the bus will leave Clinton in the morning, stop in Wingham at the arena, and then stop at the Hanover Raceway Backstretch before heading to Queen's Park.

The Owen Sound Cresent Club Attack Major Midgets are competing in the OMHA Midget " A " Championship against Quinte West

The series is tied 1-1

Games 3 & 4 will be Saturday afternoon at 2 pm and Sunday afternoon at 4 pm at the Harry Lumley-Bayshore

Admission to the games is FREE, but the Midgets are requesting all fans bring a donation to the Food Bank
