Josh Martel broke Brandon MacDonald's shutout bid on a feed from Brandon Dykxhoorn at 18:19 of the third period.

Cole Pellett, Aaron Armstrong and Tyler Kellum each scored twice for Wingham with singles from Travis Donaldson and Nic Carter.

Brett Brophy had four assists.

With the loss Goderich is now 0-and-16.

The Sailors travel to Kincardine Friday and return home to face Hanover Saturday.
