Attack-Whalers Preview

OHL Season Opener Tonight


The Ontario Hockey League season opens tonight in Owen the defending OHL Champion Attack will host the Plymouth Whalers.

The last time the Attack played an OHL game of consequence, Jarrod Maidens scored in overtime to beat St Mike's and give Owen Sound their first league championship in a thrilling 7 game series.

Now, more than 4 months later, next season begins with the Attack hosting the Whalers in the Ontario Hockey League's opening game.

It's not known who will play goal for Plymouth tonight, and it's understood that Jordan Binnington will not be in the Attack goal as he remains with the St Louis Blues NHL training camp.

Game time for the Attack & Whalers is 7 pm at the J.D. McArthur Arena

Friday, the Attack play their first road game when they travel to Guelph
