Training camp resumes this morning for the Owen Sound Attack.
The first practice session begins at 8:30 AM followed by three other sessions at 10:15 AM, 1 PM and 2:15 PM.
The day culminates with a scrimmage at 6 PM.
36 skaters are participating in the main camp, with about 20 of those players being rookies --- including first overall pick Zack Nastasiuk, second overall pick Chris Bigras and import pick Artur Gavrus.
The first game in the Labour day weekend set between the Attack and Barrie Colts goes Sunday at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre at 2 PM.
In other OHL news, the League is introducing equipment changes to shoulder pads and elbow pads in order to make the game safer.
The O-H-L's board of governors also vows to hand out more punishment to players who repeatedly get caught throwing checks to the head.
