The start of the Ontario Hockey League season is a topic of much discussion as summer progresses.

The OHL has 20 member teams, 3 of which are located in the United States; Erie, Flint and Saginaw.

With the Canada-United States border closed until late August, the assumption is the 3 American teams, who all have a General Manager who resides in Ontario, would be somewhat handicapped in terms of running their respective operations.

Saginaw Spirit General Manager Dave Drinkill, who lives in Barrie, Ontario, spoke to Fred Wallace and addressed the perceived challenges he and the other General Managers of the American based teams are dealing with.
