One New COVID-19 Case In Grey Bruce Tuesday

There have been 109 confirmed cases to date.

Public Health is reporting one new case of COVID-19 in Grey Bruce Tuesday.  

It appears to be in Owen Sound.

There have been 109 confirmed cases to date.

Eight cases are active locally, while 96 have recovered and five have been referred to other health units.

Two cases are currently hospitalized and no one has died locally from the virus.

One Long-term care facility, Elgin Abbey in Chesley has reported an outbreak. An outbreak is declared as soon as the first positive case is detected.

Over the course of the pandemic, 28 cases have been confirmed in healthcare workers in Grey Bruce.
