The COVID-19 crisis is causing a shortage of personal protective equipment across the health care system.
Now, Stevenson Memorial Hospital is organizing a PPE Drive to help make up the shortfall.
Officials are asking businesses and individuals with unused, unopened or un-expired PPE to donate them to the Hospital.
The equipment needed includes masks and gloves.
Tanya Wall, Executive Director, Stevenson Memorial Hospital Foundation says they are grateful for the supplies that have already been donated.
She says they are still in need, so they hope this drive will inspire others to come forward who may have access to supplies.
The items SMH is looking for are:
- Masks: Ear-loop ASTMF2100-11, Level 2 rating or higher
