Health Unit Says Returning Travelers In Grey Bruce Must Isolate

Grey Bruce | by Claire McCormack

Every person returning from travel outside of Canada is required to isolate for 14 days.

The Grey Bruce Health Unit is urgently reminding all international travelers that they must self-isolate for fourteen days, starting the first day of their return to Canada.

Self-isolation applies to every single person returning from international travel, whether or not they are showing any symptoms of COVID-19.

That means staying at home and avoiding contact with other people to help prevent the potential spread of disease to others in your community.

They say, if you develop symptoms, even if mild, stay home, avoid other people.

Take the Health Canada or Ontario Ministry of Health online self-assessment and take any action as advised from the results of that assessment.
