Two Charged for Break-Ins

Two people have been charged after a pair of break-ins that happened in Mono.

Two people have been charged following a pair of residential break and enters in Mono from late last year.

Dufferin and Nottawasaga OPP along with Huronia West OPP, Collingwood OPP, Haldimand OPP and Orangeville Police Service worked together during the investigation.

They say the break-ins happened on November 26th.

Police have charged 33-year old Marc Statts of Brantford and 35-year old Joel Sault of Hagersville with two counts each of break and enter and one charge each of possession of property obtained by crime and trafficking stolen goods.

Authorities say the pair are believed to be involved in similar crimes in the surrounding area.
