First Babies of 2020!

They are the first of the decade to be delivered in our area.

Orillia’s first baby of the New Year arrived a day earlier than scheduled.

Owen Alexander Davidson became the first baby of the New Year born at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital (OSMH).

The second child of Lynda Woolner and Lucas Davidson of Oro Medonte, Owen arrived at 12:33 am, weighing in at 8 pounds, 9 ounces, and 22 inches long. 

Owen will be a little brother to Madelin who is 5 years old.

Meanwhile, Vera Michelle Tupling is Barrie's first baby of the year.

She was born at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre at 12:47 am yesterday, weighing 6 pounds and 11 ounces--becoming the first of the decade to be delivered at the hospital.

Vera is the second daughter of Jessica and Adam Tupling.
