Innisfil Man Facing Charges After Reports Of Erratically Driven Vehicle

Police found the vehicle in the Yonge Street and Victoria Street area of Stroud.

A 32-year-old Innisfil man faces impaired and dangerous driving charges after citizens reported a vehicle driving erratically and without headlights on in Innisfil.  

It happened Friday around 7 pm.

Police found the vehicle in the Yonge Street and Victoria Street area of Stroud.  

The driver was arrested for impaired driving and transported to South Division where breath tests resulted in readings of well over twice the legal limit.  

The suspect was charged with Impaired Driving, Over 80 and Dangerous Driving. 

His licence was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for seven days.  

He was released with a court date in January.
