16 Crashes In West Grey In One Week

West Grey | by Claire McCormack

Police say half of the collisions involved deer, and many others were due to slippery roads.

West Grey police say they responded to 16 vehicle collisions last week, and eight of them involved deer on the roads.

Police say several others involved vehicles sliding off of roads.

Police are reminding you to adjust your driving habits according to the weather and road conditions.

They also say if the damage caused by the collision exceeds $2,000 (between both vehicles combined), you are required to contact police as soon as possible to file a report.
