There are Remembrance Day ceremonies taking place across the country on Monday.

On Remembrance Day, the Legion and Barrie will hold their annual Remembrance Day Parade and Ceremony.
It will start at 10:30 a.m.
The parade will run on Dunlop St. E. from Mulcaster Street to the Cenotaph at Memorial Square for the ceremony, moment of silence and laying of wreaths.
A series of flags to commemorate 33 local area soldiers who served in the Canadian Armed Forces during various conflicts are on display throughout downtown Barrie until November 15.
The Remembrance Day Service will begin at the Memorial cenotaph at 11 a.m.
City offices will be closed to observe Remembrance Day and there is no curbside collection, but Orillia Transit will be running.
In Collingwood, there will be a ceremony at the cenotaph on the museum lawn to pay their respects to those who died at war.
The event will begin with a parade of veterans to the cenotaph at 10:40 a.m. on St. Paul Street, which will be closed until noon between Ontario and Huron Streets.
The moment of silence and wreath-laying will commence following the parade.
Then, there will be a social time at the Collingwood Legion Branch 63 after the service.
A Remembrance Day Parade and Ceremony was held last week, but there will be a dinner at the rec centre at 6 tonight.
In Gravenhurst, the ceremony will start at the cenotaph outside the Gravenhurst Opera House at 10:15 a.m., where a wreath-laying ceremony will take place, followed by a march to Royal Canadian Legion Br. 302 (on Veterans Way) for a service at 11 a.m.
There will be a temporary Road Closure of Muskoka Road 18 from Veteran’s Way to Royal Street for the Remembrance Day Parade.
The Town of Bracebridge is hosting a service at Memorial Park.
It will begin at 11 a.m.
Regular bus routes and schedules are going to change during the parade and service.
The Remembrance Day Ceremony will begin at 11am at the Cenotaph and then the Parade will start at the legion on Veterans Way starting at 1pm, which will make its way through the downtown.
Ceremonies are also being held in Coldwater, Elmvale, Stayner, Penetanguishene, and Midland.
