Horse Trailer Hit by Car

OPP have laid charges following a collision on September 6th that they say involved an impaired driver.

A driver, who police say was impaired, has been charged for rear-ending a horse trailer near Erin.

September 6th around 8 in the evening, police were called to the collision on Ninth Line at Side Road 5.

A pickup truck pulling a loaded horse trailer and a sedan were involved, police say the truck and trailer was stopped and trying to turn when it was hit by the car.

The driver of the car, 45 year old Rakesh Tahilani of Mississauga, was charged with impaired driving.
