A Toronto man was arrested twice in 24 hours after allegedly trying to fraudulently obtain prescription pills in Owen Sound.
Police say the man attended a downtown pharmacy and tried to used a forged prescription with a different name.
The man presented a health card in the false name.
After pharmacy staff confirmed the prescription was fake they contacted police.
The Toronto man was arrested and appeared in court on Friday where he was release.
Police say one hour later the the man returned to the same pharmacy requesting the medication from the fake prescription and using the same false name.
He was arrested a second time shortly after.
He will appear in court later today.
