Mississauga Steelheads to Play in Orangeville

An OHL game is coming to Orangeville on Labour Day weekend, and admission is free.

The Mississauga Steelheads Hockey Club has announced further details on their 2019 home exhibition schedule - and they're coming to Orangeville. 

Over the Labour Day weekend, the team will play back-to-back games on Friday and Saturday night against the reigning OHL Champion, Guelph Storm at the Alder Rec Centre in Orangeville. This event marks the first time that the hockey club has held a game in the Orangeville area. 

Admission to the game will be free of charge, thanks to the support of the following partners; Jerry Gould REMAX,
Plumbs Up Plumbing, Humber College (Orangeville), and Geoff Del Grande/The Mortgage Centre. 

In-game events to look forward to include a Tim Horton’s mini-game with Orangeville Minor Hockey players, a Chuck-A-Puck with proceeds going to a charity TBD and a post-game autograph signing with Steelheads players.
