Expect to see some road work in different areas of Bracebridge over the coming weeks.
The District and the Town have partnered on the projects to expedite improvements.
The milling and paving part is happening at the Manitoba, Monck and McDonald Street intersection, along Manitoba Street downtown to the area near the Silver Bridge.
Work is also sceduled at the Manitoba Street and Taylor Road intersection down the hill to the CN tracks.
Evening and overnight work will go ahead in these areas too.
No overnight parking will be allowed on affected streets during the work and drivers are asked to follow signage closely.
It’s hoped the work will wrap up by the end of May.
