Tax payments will be deferred a while longer in Huntsville.
Council had originally given residents until May 31st to pay their taxes due to the situation with Covid-19.
Now you’ll have until July 31st.
This means you won’t incur any penalties if you don’t pay your municipal taxes by that date.
Council has also decided to ban garage and yard sales until further notice. You could be fined if you have one during the pandemic.
Boat Launches remain open in Huntsville, but you have to obey signage, avoid gatherings of five people and practice social distancing.
And, only food vendors are being allowed to operate at the Huntsville Farmers Market during the pandemic.
No craft vendors are allowed.
