Haliburton OPP is warning the community about a recent rise in property thefts.
Since July 1st a dozen thefts of vehicles, license plates, and catalytic converters have been reported.
Police say steps like installing video surveillance, alarm systems, keeping doors locked, and installing motion sensor lights help fight this type of crime.
