A 23-year-old Burlington man faces impaired driving charges after a collision on Fraserburg Road.
July 17th at 12:30 pm OPP responded to an incident that saw a vehicle travel 100 meters off the roadway knocking down two posts, some guard rail wire, and multiple trees.
The accused was charged with impaired driving by drug and had his license suspended for 90 days.
The vehicle was impounded for seven days and he’ll appear in Bracebridge court on September 7th to answer to the charge.
