A Blue Mountains man faces several charges after failed to stop for police – twice – on Hwy 26 Monday night.
In his attempts to evade police, the suspect collided with a police cruiser.
A tire deflation device was deployed prompting the driver to exit the vehicle and attempt to escape on foot.
The 32 year old driver was located and arrested – charges include dangerous operation of a vehicle, flight from police, failing to stop, and a probation violation.
