The Town of Saugeen Shores is looking to hear from residents on the renewal of North Shore Park.
The town says a meeting will be held at the North Shore Pavilion on July 7 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. to discuss what amenities should be in place at the park.
These amenities include open spaces, playgrounds, the pavilion and washrooms, miniature train, North Shore trail, and harbour entrance.
Chief Administrative Officer Kara Van Myall says last September’s major storm was devastating to the park, but it now provides an opportunity.
“This meeting will give the public a chance to provide input into what the park looks like and how it can best serve both residents and visitors,” says Myall.
