The Port Elgin Chrysler ’22 Ontario Tankard event is back on the calendar with operating at 50 per cent capacity.
The tankard says following the announcement by the Ontario government, spectators will be able to catch the event featuring world class curling at half capacity. The reduced crowd size is appreciated by the curlers themselves.
Players, spectators and officials will need to observe the stringent protocols, and along with the other changes, food and beverage will not be available in the arena.
The tankard adds while food and drink have always been a feature of the event, local restaurants will be operating at 50 per cent capacity.
The tankard will be live streamed and two games are being streamed each draw.
The event can be caught on CurlONTV.ca.
