The Town of Huntsville is reminding residents that Huntsville Transit is currently to be used for essential purposes only.
This includes things such as going to the grocery store or pharmacy, accessing health care services (including getting vaccinated), outdoor exercise, or work that cannot be done remotely.
The stay-at-home order and public health restrictions are aimed at reducing the number of daily contacts with those outside an immediate household, in response to rapid growth in COVID-19 case numbers.
If you are travelling on public transit, please remember to abide by COVID-19 safety protocols including mask-wearing, physical distancing and handwashing.
