A 33-year-old man is facing impaired driving charges after he was stopped on an ATV in Parry Sound.
Police say that on April 3rd at 8:45 pm police were on general patrol when they made the traffic stop.
The accused who is from Parry Sound is charged with impaired driving and Over 80.
He’s the 21st driver charged under impaired driving laws in the area this year.
He has a court date scheduled for May 6th.
