A 49-year-old Huntsville man faces a charge of impaired driving in Haliburton.
OPP say that on March 19th at 3:12 pm, they responded to a two-vehicle collision on Kennisis Lake Road in Dysart et al.
Both drivers sustained minor injuries.
The accused also faces a charge of refusing to comply with a demand.
He’s set to appear in Minden court on May 5th.
