Hi, this is Fred Wallace with " Off the Wire ".
As we head into Easter Weekend, we've got three Game 4's tonight in the Ontario Hockey League Playoffs.
In the East, the Peterborough Petes need a win at Kingston to make it 2 consecutive series sweeps as they lead the Frontenacs 3 games to none.
And in Oshawa, the Generals hope to quell the run of the Mississauga Steelheads who have put up 7 goals in their last 2 games and hold a 2-1 series lead.
In the Western Conference, the Erie Otters are at London tonight to face the Knights in Game 4 of that series- the Otters lead it 2 games to one.
The only series that's idle tonight is the one of most interest in this region; the Attack & Greyhounds.
The Owen Sound-Sault Ste Marie series is tied at 2 after each team held serve on home ice; the Greyhounds winning twice at the Essar Centre, the Attack winning twice at the Harry Lumley-Bayshore.
What I find remarkable is that Sault Ste Marie has lost 2 in a row for just the 3rd time all season.
The Greyhounds lost back to back games twice in October, losing to North Bay and then the Attack and later losing to Sudbury and Flint.
In both cases, the Greyhound losses came at home.
Can Owen Sound win at the Essar Centre tomorrow night and hand the Sault their first 3 game losing streak of the year ?
If they do, Good Friday might be Great Friday.
I'm Fred Wallace
