Brown Breaks Silence

Regional | by Ken Hashizume

The former PC leader says the truth will come out regarding sexual misconduct allegations against him.

Patrick Brown has broken his silence.
The former Ontario PC leader tweeted for the first time on Tuesday since sexual misconduct allegations came out against him that forced him to step down.
The Simcoe North MPP says he is immensely grateful for all the support expressed to both he and his family.
Brown says while the #metoo movement can be an effective tool to lift society, false allegations undermine that good work.
He ended by saying the truth will come out.
A vote to elect Brown's successor will be held March 10th.
