Winter Parking Ban for Orangeville Starts

Orangeville | by Jill Young

December 1st until March 31st there is to be no parking on streets between 2 am and 7 am.

Starting December 1st, Orangeville residents can't park on the streets overnight.

From today until March 31st, the winter parking ban is in effect in the Town of Orangeville between the hours of 2 am and 7 am.

This year the town is offering extra parking in the parking lot at Fendley Park and also at Rotary Park.

There will be signs in those lots indicating which spots people are allowed to leave their car in.

Orangeville Police are also reminding residents that it is against town bylaws to park over a sidewalk.
