Sarnia Bikers Have Motorcycles, Licences Revoked

Sarnia | by Peter Jackson

OPP say the pair was clocked doing over 200 km/h in an 80 km/h zone near Sarnia.

Two Sarnia men have lost their licences and motorcycles for a week, after both were charged under the province's street racing legislation.

Lambton OPP say they recently recorded two northbound motorcycles being driven at more than 200 kilometres per-hour in a posted 80 zone on Highway 40 north of LaSalle Line.

After following the machines for a distance, police caught up with the motorcycles which slowed down in the flow of city traffic in Sarnia, and charged the drivers.
