Community Mourns Longtime Broadcaster

Owen Sound radio host Bob Wallace has passed away.

A longtime Owen Sound radio broadcaster, community supporter and friend, Bob Wallace, has passed away.

He died suddenly from a heart attack on Sunday at Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto.

Wallace's broadcast career spanned over 30 years.

He and his partner in life and long time co-host Diana Meder have been with the Owen Sound radio station 92.3 The Dock since its inception.

They previously worked for Bayshore Broadcasting as morning show hosts on Mix 106.5 as well as other broadcasters in the region.  

Funeral arrangements have not yet been finalized.
