Millions of Canadians are expected to take part in this weekend's Terry Fox Run event across the country.
Several communities around Grey and Bruce will hold Terry Fox Runs Sunday September 17th.
The annual fundraiser began back in 1981 to raise money for cancer research through the Terry Fox Foundation.
This year marks 36 years since Terry Fox died after ending the Marathon of Hope.
Registration will begin at 9 a.m. at Harrison Park in Owen Sound, the race goes at 10 a.m.
In Meaford, registration will take place at the Meaford Harbour Pavilion at 8:30 a.m. and the race will begin at 9 a.m.
In Walkerton, the people can register and start between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. at Sacred Heart High School.
In Kincardine, registration will take place at the Davidson Centre at 8 a.m. and participants can start anytime between 9 a.m. and noon.
Saugeen Shores will hold its race at the North Shore Park Rotary pavilion with registration at 12:30 p.m. and the run at 1 p.m.
Wiarton's Bluewater Park will have registration at 1 p.m. with an open race between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Bruce Peninsula District School in Lion's Head will start registration at noon and the race will start at 1 p.m.
In Tobermory, participants can register at The Meeting Place starting at 9 a.m. runner ands walkers can start any time between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
In West Grey, the race is being held at the Durham Conservation Area. Registration is at 1p.m. there is an open race start from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
