The Grey Bruce Health Unit is asking for the public's help in finding the owner of a dog that bit a girl in Owen Sound.
Health officials say it happened on Tuesday, September 12th, between 7 and 8 p.m.
The girl was bitten by a dog at Comm-r-ette Park on 5th Avenue and 2nd Street A West.
The dog is described as small, black, curly haired and wearing a blue collar.
Staff of the Grey Bruce Health Unit need to confirm the dog is not infectious with rabies so the girl can avoid the post-exposure rabies treatment.
